Summary	0005791: Create /software page for details on projects
Description	The /software/$name/$sublevels would contain details about the projects we work and worked on. For the core project this will be an easy place for people to discover what we are currently doing on onion routing, and so forth. This does not nullify the existing 'use', 'install' etc pages but would go more into detail in a self-contained manner. What is $name? What can it do today? Why does it exist? Which caveats does it have today? Who is working on it? What can I use it for? etc pp.

I have migrated the old reclaimID website which was jekyll-based to this format. For future reference, it can be used. But this issue does not really have action items. Hence closing.
