This is well-known and related to transport/testbed not getting the connections up. Not a CADET issue. |

(Leaving under category CADET anyway, just because this is where people would find it if they investigate the CADET test suite failure.) |

Possible solution: move from udp to UNIX. Disadvantage: test suite won't work on W32 platforms at all any more. |
