Summary0004853: improve developer experience for error messages
DescriptionRight now we show an alert and the developer console has the full error message.

Experience has shown that this confuses developers, instead we should show the error on the page and maybe link to some help page on
TagsNo tags attached.

Definitively no help pages on; we should include the help pages with the wallet. That is, if it is at all user-visible. If this is purely about helping a web shop developer, *might* be OK.

We are currently not using or maintaining the taler-wallet-lib, as everything is handled either via HTTP status codes or by URI schemes.

Creating a better supported and properly packaged version of the old taler-wallet-lib is tracked in 0005783
