| Description | This is on gnunet revision 37273, not 0.10.1, last time I checked also in HEAD. On the not finalized guix package (it requires a guix service for completion): ng0@shadowwalker ~$ Jul 31 13:13:53-205575 vpn-25415 ERROR `gnunet-helper-vpn' is not SUID, refusing to run. The package in guix currently does not build with gnunetdns and gnunet user+group, I am working on adding that last bit for configuration, but it works. I can look at the recent Gentoo buildlogs, but I suspect it's the same. | ||||

Well, the binary needs to be installed SUID, but this requires you to run 'make install' as root or to pass --with-sudo to configure. Or naturally the package manager could set the bit itself. What is the bug here exactly? |
