| Summary | 0004605: --host-publish only works on local host, --guest-talk never arrives | ||||
| Description | Now that the crashes is fixed we were able to have a host publish to their channel and a guest receive that message, but the guest has to be on the same node, which kind of makes it pointless. We also tried --guest-talk, but it is never retransmitted by the host. Neither when submitted locally nor remotely. When issuing --guest-talk remotely, some CADET activity is visible in the logs. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | I could collect large amounts of log output to document everything, but it should be trivial to run the gnunet-social commands as intended by the developer to find out they do not actually work. Or, if they work for you, it would probably be more useful to us if *you* published a working set-up of gnunet-social. | ||||
