| Description | I manually created 'talerbank' using createdb. Fixed in 887ccd5. The error reporting was simply false. The database exists, but some django-internal tables not. The serve-http command now automatically runs django migrate (which creates django's tables). |

Note that the error reporting in the bank is still funky in some places, we often swallow error messages of generic exceptions classes and output our own, misguided error message for it. |
