DescriptionTaler has accumulated lots of terminology by now, we should write down the preferred words in a glossary page on api.taler.net.

Some things are especially confusing, such as "transaction", which is used differently in many contexts (transaction history includes withdrawals, but sometimes it's used when paying a merchant).

We should document how we use those terms and apply them consistently to all documentation, user interface and schemas (i.e. for the database).

This is especially important once Taler gets a more diverse ecosystem with multiple implementations / different user interfaces for e.g. the wallet.
