Summary0004121: should show fee structure in mint selection
DescriptionWhen the user selects the mint during withdrawal, we should show the fee structure of the mint (from /keys) and check that the mint has an acceptable auditor before allowing the user to confirm the selection.

Basically, as the URI is entered, we try to fetch URI/keys (say 1s after typing stops). Once we have /keys, we update the view to show the fee structure (and the auditors) and the 'accept' button.
