| Description | Mantis has this extremenly annoying timeout "feature". According to [1] in 2013 this timeout was possible to be extended as suggested in [2], but I don't know if it is possible in the current installation. Please configure timeout / update to a newer version. PS: In case a long report (like 0003448) is lost, going 'back' and then 'forward' makes the browser (at least in firefox) resubmit the form. If firebug plugin is installed, the submitted form can be found in the 'Net' tab. It is not in the normal request tab, as mantis performs a double POST (!!) redirect. Activate firebug, resubmit the form and lurk in the POST data to retrieve the report fields. If firebug plugin is not installed, install it. It does not require a browser restart! |
