Description	You can't get your own HELLO ( gnunet-peerinfo -g) if friends-only mode is enabled. If we can't get our HELLO, we can't distribute to our friends.

bratao 2013-11-18 19:23 reporter ~0007651	Seems that the utils $HOME fix I did on SVN corrected this too. Was a W32 only problem that I can't reproduce anymore.
