Summary0002967: set reconciliation does not terminate, sometimes
Description$ gnunet-arm -s && gnunet-arm -i set
gnunet-set-profiler -LINFO -A10 -B100 -C100

sometimes works, sometimes the set profiler does not terminate, the server log indicates that a 'DONE' message has been sent, but that message is never received.

Attaching via GDB indicates that the service is selecting on a socket, thus this does not seem to be related to the cyclic IBFs.

I suspect mesh might just drop the message and fail to retransmit it, but I've been unable to reproduce this outside of SET.

After some playing around, using

  export GNUNET_FORCE_LOG='mesh;;;;DEBUG'

reduces the frequency of the hangs occurring significantly.

This suggests that mesh has something to do with it ...

set's shutdown sequence is now correctly implemented, and a bug in mesh has been fixed
