Summary0002894: remove initiator/sender distinction in mesh2 api
DescriptionAs multicast has been moved to a higher-level API for mesh2,
the distinction between sender (in the handler callback) and origin (in the incoming tunnel callback) should be dropped from the api.

It would probably make the most sense to remove the sender in the handler callback (it's always the same), and keep the initiator in the incoming tunnel callback.

Again, question for Christian. I think I remember discussing this and we decided to keep in for convenience (the API user doesn't have to store tunnel<->peerID).

From an implementation point of view there is no need to keep it and it would be trivial to change.
