<cy1> grothoff-office: gnunet-service-transport_neighbours.c kept printing tons of errors about 10 in bursts every 10sec or so, a state transition from S_NOT_CONNECTED to S_NOT_CONNECTED, saying it wasn't allowed. I uh... set it to be allowed, but not sure the implications of that. Seems to be running fine.
