DescriptionNo idea what exactly this means, but it doesn't sound good...

Happens frequently when I run my peer for a while (always with SE9G).

This is not really an issue. When an ATS address request times out this message is printed. This can happen when ATS does not suggest an address since all addresses were already tested and then "destroyed"

Changed to DEBUG and added an statistics value in rev 20866.
