Not a bug: Peer receives TCP data without receiving without having received an TCP welcome from this peer. Can be a timing issue (sending peer is too slow, timeout occured). break_op is semantically OK here but perhaps a bit annoying... |

I didn't say the bug was necessarily in this line. The assertion may be fine, but somehow on sparc the code manages to send data without a prior welcome? Very strange... |
