My assumptions after looking at transport_api: Core tries to a GNUNET_TRANSPORT_notify_transmit_ready_cancel a GNUNET_TRANSPORT_notify_transmit_ready that is: a) is already transmitted b) is timed out c) or canceled before even notify_transmit_read is called |

Fixed by various bugfixes in transport API. |
