Eh, you should not run bootstrap unless you are a MHD developer -- and if you are a MHD developer, you should have libgcrypt installed. |

How does one install MHD from svn then? |

By the way, I've realized the title is misleading, I'm not proposing distributing the m4 file in the tar.gz but rather checking it into svn. |
