| Summary | 0011632: Issue w UX / Responsiveness of the app when paying higher amounts | ||||
| Description | When trying to pay higher amounts (requiring more coins), the UX is not ideal; this was tried w/ the exploration currency GOA at an AMT of 4,200. 1. Until the payment can be confirmed, it just hangs almost w/o any text for a while, some secs. 2. After clicking the button to confirm payment, it seems like nothing happened, the button also doesn't appear to have been pressed, such that a user might have a tendency to click again and again... because there's no hint whatsoever what's going on; the seconds are counting down, until all of a sudden it get you the order confirmed. If you redo such a payment for another browser, you realize clicks don't help, it just takes the times (seconds) it takes. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go to https://bank.hacktivism.ch/. 2. Say you want an own bank account. 3. Get at least GOA:4200, wait a bit until you get it confirmed in your wallet (auto-confirm happens automatically). 4. Go to https://paivana.hacktivism.ch/ w/ the own iPhone or a browser on another device (e.g., laptop). 5a. Say you want to pay either by scanning the QR code on the other device; 5b. or by clicking the taler:// URL on the iPhone itself. 5. You will see the issues here. | ||||
