| Steps To Reproduce | This should further be refined to what's actually being done like "changing contact data", as various users might be sharing an email address to log in (as happens in practice with our talersticker "shop" on mytops), and seeing "account creation" auth codes is confusing and looks like a take over after deletion. | ||||
