| Steps To Reproduce | More analysis needed: Can see this in prod and stage, on various instances; so it doesn't seem to be related to 0011323 (as first thought). Make payment, try to refund, making also sure cut-off delays (for the given bank accounts), esp. refund delay, is long enough. | ||||
