Summary	0011313: If two or more bank accounts are used, wire transfers button needed
Description	If a merchant adds more than one bank account to his/her instance (as shown for "talersticker" in mytops; screenshot 1) , the "wire transfers" button should be shown (cf. screenshot 2), because with default_persona: "point-of-sale" as in mytops (cf. /config), the button is never displayed. With only one bank account that's not needed, but with two or more bank accounts you need this. Otherwise, the merchant is not able see how to control the money flow.
