Display neither of those by default; but easy accessible

As for the graphical representation, parts of the OIM implementation could be of help; perhaps show the coins in a wallet in graphical respresentation even, to get the feeling for it being cash for real.

Reason,
- for normal people: see you really own cash, and how it's composed
- for CS / more nerdy peple: if dev / debug mode activated, understand how coins are being refreshed (special thx to Eli, for explaining the protocol)

 From a MKT perspective, this can also be beneficial. As for the coins being to a power of 2, like CHF 0.64 etc., that's not an issue, because this can easily be explained, for things to have to be like 1 (^0), 2 (^1), 4 (^2), 8 (^3), 16 (^4), 32 (^5), 64 (^6) etc. pp.

As for the CS / nerdy part, looking at what the wallet (example: iOS) shows now, it's easy visible what the problem is:

- CHF 10.00: withdraw
- CHF 00.01: spend
- CHF 05.11: refresh (why, how, what's going on?)
