Summary0011039: wallets should provide diagnostics file without private keys [meta]
DescriptionWhen users face some issue, we currently tend to ask them for a database export.

That's not scalable, it's also not secure.

Instead, wallet-core should generate a diagnostics export that does not contain any private keys or other info that we as developers really should not have.

In the future, we might even do this selectively, i.e. allow the user what to select. Initially, it'll just be one file.
