Summary	0011018: render more detailed explanations for orders and settlements
Description	With the new APIs of v26, you get the "/incoming/$ID" which allows the SPA to see all the orders that were settled with a specified expected incoming wire transfer. So if the user clicks on an expected incoming wire transfer, the SPA should switch to a new page which shows all of the orders that were settled with the respective fees (and totals everything up, as well, and relates that to the amount that was transferred, including possibly showing the wire fee if applicable). Second, "/private/orders/$ORDER_ID" has now the "deposit_fee" and "expected_transfer_serial_id" in the "wire_details". So we can show for each order when it is expected to be settled (possibly more than once, if from multiple exchanges!) and link to the entry of the order in the expected incoming wire transfer page mentioned in the previous paragraph.
