Summary	0011014: Merchant: Strange sorting on orders page
Description	In any version of the Merchant Backend >v1.3.3 we find a sorting of complete payments which have been settled still under "Not wired". https://bugs.gnunet.org/view.php?id=10583#c27585 contains a file that examines each transaction in a comparison of payments to the talersticker instance and the settlements on HM's bank account.
Steps To Reproduce	Look at the orders page at the tab "Not wired".
