Summary0010659: UX: Orders are not updated
DescriptionWhen moving around between the orders list, selections/tabs of orders, order details, even using the "Orders" entry at the left menu, the orders are not updated. This leads to irritation, esp. when testing integration tools and creating, paying and refunding orders. To get updates, one needs to refesh the browser page.

This not only effects the list of orders (for which the current behavior might be okay with high volume merchant instances), but also the order details: E.g. if an order is paid, it will still show up in "New".
Steps To Reproduce1. Create an order
2. Go to the orders list --> the order will show her as "New"
3. Go to the order details
4. Pay the order
5. In he SPA, go "back"
==> Order will still be shown as "new"
6. Click on the order
==> Order details page still show the order as "unpaid"

Similar for refund and accepted refuns.
