3b48b728..9d43da7d allows the SPA to request a login token as part of instance self-provisioning. |

|
cde31c5f..ac8357c5 (merchant.git, requires *latest* exchange.git!) now implements the merchant returning a login token on self-provisioning of a new instance. SPA should use it => sebastian! |
