Summary0010177: SPA should list incoming wire transfers and make it easy to confirm them
DescriptionAs of the fix from 0009454, it is now possible to get a list of the expected incoming wire transfers.
In the "Transfers" dialog, we should have a way to list not only the confirmed transfers (as right now),
but also the (unconfirmed) "incoming"/expected wire transfers. For those, there should be a button to
"confirm" them, turning them into confirmed transfers by POSTing the data to /transfer.

That way, if taler-merchant-wirewatch is not available, merchants can still easily do the reconciliation without lots of typing.

Also note that 0009454 makes various small changes/deprecations to the GET /private/transfer endpoint which should be reflected in the transfer list (such as new filters on validated and confirmed).
