i changed the SPA to show the default rules when there is no decision merging rules (current with default) seems wrong, waiting for confirmation b677f250a..e2b787ec4 |

I'm not sure what you mean by "merging rules".There is no merging. If you have no custom rules, it's default rules. Otherwise it is the custom rules and the default rules do not apply. So indeed, there is no merging of "current with default". |
