Summary0010031: AML SPA should also show KYC auth transfers under transfers page
DescriptionThat avoids flying blind w.r.t. KYC auth transfers.

This will require an API change from the exchange, as those transfers are not yet exposed.
We probably will expose these via a new endpoint, and there should be a separate list (!) as we'll have a different row ID for these.

IMO this bug should be about exposing the three lists of kycauth transactions under "transfers" (where we already have credit/debit, so this is only about adding 'kycauth' as a 3rd option at this point).

c7ba2cdd8..5c66655f9 adds the kyc-auth filter to the spa but the exchange returns 500. Running dbinit didn't help
