f6026688d..fbaff3d2d updates the auditor logic to work with the new refresh. Still needs to be tested (and test cases are still disabled). But it compiles with correct-looking code for the new DB/crypto logic. |

pg_insert_records_by_table for the withdraw table is still broken (ditto the select), the rest looks OK now. Note that the revocation test cannot work until we fix recoup, so that's out of scope. |
