| Description | When submission requires a payment, it is wasteful that the client sends the whole message, just to receive a hash of the message as order ID. Instead, the API should allow to optionally send only the hash instead, then signalling creation of an order with the 402 to pay. Only then will the client send the message in the POST after payment. | ||||
