Summary0009523: Allow connecting the merchant backend to the bank revenue API via token in URI
DescriptionThe bank SPA should generate a token and make sure that token ONLY grants access to the revenue-API. So maybe "taler-revenue://$DOMAIN/$PATH?user=$USERNAME&token=$TOKEN

The merchant SPA should support importing a bank account via that URI.
