Summary | 0009498: cannot change cashout IBAN (from empty) in SPA
Description | The user can enter a new IBAN, but then after updating the new IBAN remains empty (not changed). There is no error, just the new data does not become active. Interestingly, the "full name" for the account was set to "cantilena" with the double-quotes. Maybe we have a problem with that?

Actually, IBAN also doesn't change if the full name has no quotes. |
|
After some time the data DOES appear, so it is a caching problem, the SPA fails to update its state properly! |

Windfish adds (on mailinglist): "" Hello, I'm facing a strange issue when making an attempt to download something shared with FS under certain circumstances. It goes something like this: 1. publish something with gnunet-publish or the FS API; 2. immediately copy the URI and use gnunet-download or the FS API to get the published content. It works as expected; 3. wait a few minutes, around five or so; 4. try to download from the same URI: the download is stuck. No matter how much I wait, the download never goes on, despite being a "local" file coming from my peer. Restarting GNUnet entirely didn't have any effect, when I tried. As a workaround I found out that re-publishing the same contents again allows me to download them, though stuck downloads will remain frozen and have to be killed. It seems to be something related to "activity", because if I keep downloading the contents (e.g. to test the FS API) in short intervals everything works and I can go on for hours on end without issues. The moment I take a slightly longer break it freezes, though. I'm not sure what to look for to diagnose the issue. The log file doesn't seem very informative and I'm not practical of FS besides some simple API usage taken from GNUnet command line tools like gnunet-publish. I'm using GNUnet 0.23.0 built and installed with Meson. Thank you, A.V. "" |
