68fa678..690ce69 now implements this on the C side, but it would be good if the JavaScript (if running) also validated the regexes to do client-side input validation. See https://docs.taler.net/taler-challenger-manual.html#enter-address-type-form for the new "restrictions" field provided to the MUST templates for this purpose. @sebastian: enjoy ;-).
