| Summary | 0008229: systemd timer to update exchange keys via taler-exchange-offline | ||||
| Description | taler-exchange-offline keys need to be refreshed periodically. Currently requires us to restart the sandcastle container or manually run the taler-exchange-offline script. We should run the script regularly via a systemd timer. | ||||

We probably want to include the timer script in the exchange.git/debian/ folder to become part of the taler-exchange-offline package. It should NOT be activated by default upon installation (as a production system where the system is truly offline cannot use it), but it should be available to be _easily_ activated in cases where taler-exchange-offline is online. We then need to also document this. |

The exchange debian package already comes with a taler-exchange-offline.timer these days. |
