| Description | As payto URIs are used in libeufin-bank to identify accounts, they are normalised when stored in the database. During this process, any query parameters such as receiver-name are removed. However, libeufin-nexus needs this information to issue payments. | ||||
| Additional Information | Cashout payto must be normalised while retaining the query parameters. When receiver-name is missing, we can use the legal name of the account. | ||||
