Summary0007905: Selection and deployment of DNS zones
DescriptionThe goal is to select a number of existing Top-Level Domains (TLDs) which can reasonably be migrated and continuously mirrored on the GNUnet project infrastructure providing a fallback root zone and top-level domain resolution mechanism for the DNS. The selection criteria include the openness of the TLD registrar’s data policy, the format in which the data is provided and the relevancy of the namespace. It is likely that different data formats require tailored translation mechanisms.
