| Description | The utility 'taler-merchant-setup-reserve' generates a malformed Payto address when the instance was registered with a Payto address that contains already a query parameter. In particular, if the instance has the following Payto address: "payto://iban/$bic/$iban?receiver-name=$instance_owner", then the helper will return this one wrong Payto address (with two "?"s): "payto://iban/$bic/$iban?receiver-name=$instance_owner?message=$reservePub" | ||||
