Summary | 0005712: add logic to preload peerstore with information
Description | PEERINFO is being replaced by PEERSTORE in the new design, but PEERSTORE doesn't yet have the ability to be pre-loaded with HELLOs. PEERINFO had logic to find bootstrap-HELLOs in some folder, but PEERSTORE is designed to be more generic. What we need is a way to pre-populate PEERSTORE, so (1) logic to import data from some fixed location, and (2) to select (some) information stored in the local PEERSTORE and export it to then include it in the 'make dist' TGZ to be installed at that fixed location when GNUnet is installed.
