Summary0005456: Peers don't gossip about transport addresses they don't support
DescriptionI'm working on creating a WebRTC transport for gnunet-web but when a gnunet-web peer sends its HELLO with a "webrtc" transport address to a non-gnunet-web peer the address is dropped because the non-gnunet-web peer does not have the "webrtc" transport plugin and cannot validate the address.
We should not be so stringent about what is gossiped or uncommon transport protocols will never work because peers that support them won't find each other.
