| Description | During onboarding on 14 October 2026, Martin started entering his details in the sign-in form, although he wanted to create a new merchant account. He initially overlooked the existing link for creating a new account. Impact: New merchants may confuse the sign-in form with the registration form. Expected behaviour: Before entering any details, users can clearly distinguish between registration for new merchants and sign-in for existing merchants. Suggestion: Prominently present two distinct options: “Create a new merchant account” and “Sign in to an existing merchant account”. | ||||
