I'd say: Definitely yes, especially when we have tokens as well. |

Paying with tokens, but without money is already possible. E.g. go to shop.TEST.taler.net, choose a chapter, instead of paying テ0.5 for the chapter buy 1 month of access for テ10 to receive a token, then try to buy another chapter. It will automatically get paid with the token. For people to see how it works "in principle", we have DEMO. For testing purposes, I will make zero payments available in dev-mode. |

v1.6.15 allows both pay-template and p2p to continue with amount:"0", when dev-mode is on. Pay-template succeeds, but p2p will result in wallet-core error (amount of zero not supported). |
