00cdf3f8..5364d962 adds an implementation for wire transfer subject shortening for KYC Auth transfers to the merchant backend.
We still need a taler-harness test to check this. => Florian?

I've reverted that change as discussed, since it changes the GET /kyc response instead of the POST /kycauth response. The latter already coveres what this bug report asks for, but the implementation doesn't work yet.

There is a taler-harness test and it fails, see 0011557.
