Summary0011241: clean up typst path issues
DescriptionThe typst packages are currently installed in a very odd location:

  typstpackagedir = $(prefix)/.local/share/typst/packages/taler-exchange/vqf_902_1/0.0.0/

Instead, the typst packages should be installed under $(prefix)/share/taler-exchange/typst. When typst is invoked, XDG_DATA_HOME must then be set to $(prefix)/share/taler-exchange/.
