Summary0011209: new sms auth codes have a dash (cannot be entered)
DescriptionIn taler-merchant v1.5.0 (running on stage), new sms auth codes have a dash, like with the following example

 2436-4081

However, this dash cannot be entered / there are no two fields for the separation.

It works if you just "ignore" the dash and enter "24354013". This will confuse current and future customers.
