Summary0011081: typst helper should not break sandbox, use local packages and/or symlinks instead
DescriptionThere are two ways to do this:

(a) Symlinks that link outside of the sandbox. It should be supported, but in Christian's testing it didn't work.

(b) local packages (https://github.com/typst/packages?tab=readme-ov-file#local-packages). Typst can load packages from $XDG_DATA_HOME/typst/packages/local/$NAME/$VERSION. This package can include our .typ files and assets.
