Summary0010976: properly package SMS provider scripts in challenger, use them in deployments
DescriptionWe currently have copies of those scripts in the ansible exchange deployment and setup instructions for mytops.

The packaged scripts should be properly named and should not end in ".sh"

I think this should now be addressed as well. Helpers are in a separate taler-challenger-helpers package.

The ansible deployment and mytops admin log already use the packaged helpers by now.

They're just in a separate package now.
