| Description | When 0010892 is implemented, this check becomes very simple: If *any* denominations are available for withdrawal, then it can be assumed that the exchange did the issuing of denom keys in time. If *none* are available, the exchange obviously is too late with issuing keys and the respective transaction in the wallet should be put in a transient error state. | ||||
