Summary0010870: Merchant: List page lists URLs of instances but offers no efficient use for admins
DescriptionOn the list page in admin instances of the Taler Merchant Backend (we tested v1.2.6 on my.taler-ops.ch on Jan 13), there is a list of instances with their URLs but an admin might expect some links to
- DB settings page
- info summary
- alerts page
- performance dashboard
or the like to get quickly notified about any warnings, errors, alerts and performance of each instance.

Instead, clicking on the existing links which just display the instance names, you will be logged out and land on the login page again"! In our case, this is https://my.taler-ops.ch/ - so that it makes no sense for the admin to click on the links unless in possession of the password (once called "instance token", BTW).

If you think this makes sense to change, please go for it, even w/ higher priority if wanted bc the existing situation is suboptimal.
Steps To ReproduceLog in, visit the List page, click on a link of your choice. Login.

What could be meanwhile experienced as problematic is the fact that the admin will not see a logout screen after clicking one of the links to instances, but is redirected to the login screen of the chosen instance - and ends there probably not possessing the credentials for login unless the administrator is in charge of managing the respective instance. In cases when self-provisioned merchant instances are deliberately to be managed by the administrator, a list filter displaying only those managed instances might be reasonable and useful.
